Oven Baked Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup long grain rice uncooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3–4 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Stir together soup, water, rice and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a 3-quart casserole.
  2. Add onions.
  3. Salt and pepper pork chops and place on top of rice.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is done and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
