- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Place the sweet potato slices in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Toss gently to coat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, chili powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice.
- Place the sweet potato slices on the grill.
- Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until tender and lightly charred.
- During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the maple-chili glaze over both sides of the sweet potatoes.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
