- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Slice the loaf in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 2 to 4 minutes, watching closely, until lightly charred and crisp around the edges.
- Remove from the grill and slice into pieces.
- Serve warm.
