- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the halved baby potatoes on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.
- While the potatoes roast, remove the marinated chicken from the package and set aside.
- After the potatoes have roasted for 20 minutes, move them to the sides of the baking sheet and place the chicken in the center in a single layer.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 20 to 25 minutes more, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender and browned.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
