- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes.

- Warm the tortillas briefly so they are soft and easy to roll.

- Top each tortilla with shredded romaine, diced tomatoes, red onion, avocado, shredded cheese, and sliced chicken.
- Fold in the sides and roll each wrap tightly.
