- Cut the marinated chicken into bite-sized pieces if needed.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often, until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return the chicken to the skillet.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce lightly thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
- Remove from heat and top with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot over cooked white rice.
