Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over each chop.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
- Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high. Brown pork chops on both sides and set aside.
- Cover the bottom of a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter, place it into oven to melt.
- Cover dish tightly with foil.
- Bake chops covered for 45 minutes, then remove foil, turn the chops over and stir the sauce slightly.
- Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until done.
